  • Carrot 2 kg


  • Salt 1tsp


  • Sugar 1tsp


  • water 1 litre

Directions

  • Take a carrot peeled,washed and cut in pcs.
  • Take a vessel add water then water boil add sugar,sakt and carrot blanched.
  • Water released and dry for room temperature.
  • Preserve for zip lock pouch and store in freezer.
